Grantor shall have the right at such time as may be necessary and at Grantor's sole discretion,to enter upon the Property and to have unimpeded access to,in, and through the Property, for the purposes of accessing the Easement Area and exercising the Grantor's rights as described in this Easement Reservation. Limitations on Grantee's Use of.Easement Area. Grantee agrees not to conduct the following activities.within the Easement Area without prior approval from Grantor(a)putt non- native vegetations(b)remove or otherwise alter any improvements installed by Grantor,including any native vegetation that may be planted and any food protection works that may be constructed; ' and(c) undertake any activity or practice that interferes with the efficacy and design of flood I` protection works or other infrastructure installed by Grantor. Grant further agrees not to use herbicides within the Easement sement Area without the prior written approval of Grantor. Nothing contained herein shalt be construed as granting ally license,permit;or right„otherwise required by law,to Grantor or Grantee with respect to the property herein conveyed or the Easement Area,nor shall it limit the City in its ability to prune,maintain,or otherwise remove noxious weeds or non- native„volunteer,and native vegetation frown the Property within the Van Doren Park boundary, r nor shall it limit the City's ability to manage vegetation along till trail in accordance with King County Regional Trail Maintenance Standards or Kent Parks,rrait Standards,, For the purposes of this Easement Reservation,the term'*native vegetation"shalt moan vegetation couaprised of plant species„other than noxious weeds(as identified on the State of Washington noxious weed list found at Washington Administrative Code Chapter l6-750,as amended from time to time), which are indigenous to the coastal region of the Pacific Northwest and which E; reasonably could have been expected to naturally occur at the site. 4.
