ADDENDUM 1 TO CONTRACT CAG2023-051
This Addendum 1 to the Services Agreement—Contract CAG2023-051 ("Original Agreement")signed January 30,
2023 is entered into by and between the City of Kent,Washington having its principal address at 220 Fourth
Avenue South, Kent, WA,98032,and NPDESPro, LLC,a Washington limited liability company having its principal
address at 202 E 341"Street,Tacoma,WA 98404.
In accordance with Section 3 of the parties' Original Agreement,the parties agree to amend the Order Schedule
to add the following additional Services:
-The addition of the P2/PPA Module of the NPDESPro system for a PRORATED amount+tax to cover from
the date of signature to 1/29/24
-The addition of the P2/PPA Module of the NPDESPro system in Y2 for an additional annual subscription
cost of$3,000.00+tax
