The estimated value of 670 LF of mow strip at $90 per LF is $60,300.00. I am seeking written authorization to proceed with wrapping this negotiation up and creating a CO for the above stated un. This is related to the mow strip which was added via Revision 1. I spoke with Chuck to see how he came to $100 per LF; they will be limited with what equipment can access the mow strip and will have to place the concrete either via line pump (as you mentioned) or with a skid steer bucket. He did mention that if we could place the mow strip on grade (instead of top of strip flush with existing grade) that would save us N$10,000. Am I authorized to proceed with creating change order 1 reflecting the quoted price? Let me know if you need more information or have any questions. Thanks!
