This Statement of Work 03202023 is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Agre nt. All capitalized terms used,but not defined,in this Statement of Work 03202023 shall have the meanings given in the Agreement. Except as otherwise expressly provided below, in the event of any conflict between the terms of this Statement of Work 03202023 and the terms of the Agreement,the terms of the Agreement shall control. This letter summarizes our understanding of your objectives,outlines our role in this effort,and provides fee estimates and other details. Description of Services CircleTwice will procure,configure and train on an expansion of an Eagle Eye Camera system. This includes but not limited to procurement of five(5)additional CMVR digital recorders and licenses for 24 cameras requiring 30 days of cloud-based storage. CircleTwice will assist with the installation(as needed)of the CMVR devices and will assist with the configuration of the system to the Client's needs. Additionally,CircleTwice will"train the trainer"of the system to with getting the Client operational on the system as soon as possible. The Eagle Eye system is fully cloud-managed,100%browser-based with no software to install. It supports granular user permissions, multi-site support,and point-and-click video sharing all within a centrally managed interface. With Eagle Eye you get full privacy encryption—where all video is fully encrypted during transmission and at rest. CMVR 325 The CMVR 325 will support up to 8 IP cameras at 4MP/camera. It comes with gigabit network ports, HDMI and VGA video outputs in a compact design weighing less then 3.0 lbs. It offers complete privacy encryption,intelligent bandwidth management,and is fully cloud managed for ease of use. All devices come with a 2-year warranty and business hour phone support. Data Retention All data will be retained with HD quality for a minimum of 30 days. Motion data video is stored both on the CMVR as well as in the cloud—with the cloud data storage in one of 11 data centers worldwide. Data is stored with "triple redundancy"—meaning that multiple copies of your video are stored in our servers. General Engagement Assumptions • Effort estimates are based on a general understanding of the requested scope of work and may be refined by the Customer as needed. • Customer will provide access to all resources required to deliver the scope of the agreement.This may include,but is not limited to,workspace on-site and access to personnel critical to the success of the project. • All Customer project participants(as needed)will remain engaged and responsive throughout the term of this agreement. Customer will identify a project sponsor for status reporting and issue resolution,as well as an internal solution owner for ongoing maintenance and support for business questions/needs. • No travel costs are currently incorporated into the engagement estimate.If air travel or local automobile travel longer than two(2)hours one way is required,travel related costs will be approved in advance by Customer. We offer a 2 hour response time service level agreement(SLA)with on-call technical support available 24/7/365. Normal business hours are 6:00am—6:00pm PST with after- hours support available in an emergency. Our technicians are located throughout King County for fast response times if onsite support is needed. Service/item Rate/Hr. IT Technician $135.00 The estimate does not represent a fixed bid or not to exceed estimate.It is expected that CircleTwice will work closely with Customer to ensure that any assumptions or necessary changes to project scope that may impact the estimated cost are clearly communicated. This SOW shall be effective upon full execution,and a facsimile or other electronic signature shall be deemed to be and shall be as effective("Effective Date")as an original signature.
