Goal: Confirm map of"existing facilities" is correct. Identify:Types of bicycle facilities per NACTO Urban Bikeway design guide. Page 5. Example of current and proposed facilities for our maps. Goal: Create TMP proposed map with KBAB's request for bike facilities Data: Draft maps as a starting point for discussions on connectivity and safety Maps with routes and a page of discussion items/issues/solutions Draft maps are meant to be a turn-around documents—marked up with changes. We may need some working sessions to discuss each study area. Provide a plan for a complete, connected bicycle network for Kent. Provide routes that are safe, direct, and convenient. Identify the type of bicycle facility for each network route. Identify the current bike facilities and the gaps to fill to get a complete network. Identify the major destinations for riders with route to get to them. Consider the PSRC regional bicycle network, Commute Trip Reduction business locations, Strava and other bicycle usage data. Consider which routes are to be useable by All Ages and Abilities (AAA).
