MOTION: I move to approve the payment of bills received through
3/31/23 and paid on 3/31/23 and approve the checks issued for
payroll 3/16/23-3/31/23 and paid on 4/5/23, all audited by the
Operations and Public Safety Committee on 4/4/23.

C. Voice Permits License Agreement with Selectron Technologies, Inc. -
Authorize
Deputy Information Technology Director, Tara Duckworth provided an
overview of the license renewal with Selectron Technologies, Inc. Duckworth
indicated this is the 22nd year of this contract.
MOTION: I move to authorize the IT Director to sign a renewal of the
Voice Permits License Agreement with Selectron Technologies, Inc.
in the amount of $11,632.07, to sign all future annual renewals that
are within established budgets, subject to final terms and conditions
acceptable to the IT Director and City Attorney, and to ratify past
actions consistent with this motion.
