Committee Members Present: Don Campbell, Carol Vass, Kathy Madison and Andy Wangstad.
Staff Present: Jacki Skaught and Cheryl Viseth
Members.Absent: Ken Mendoza
Guests: Cindi Wilbur, Finance Department
Approval of Meeting Minutes for At,-ust 15 2000. The minutes for the August 18,000, meeting
were approved as read.
Financial Report• Cindi Wilbur handed out, went over the current budget analysis, and forecast.
Jacki noted there would be an additional $4,000 to be spent.
Update on Tourism Brochure Jacki
Everyone agreed that it was very well done.
Update on Kent Chamber Marketing Contract Jacki
The committee went over the contract.
Nomination for Committee RA--bershi : Alicia Bennett (Black) resigned. It was unanimously
approved that Tom Lamoureux would take her place on the committee.
Other-Jacki:
LPGA is still being pursued.
The Over Washington brochure is due on November 10, 2000.
Next Meeting: To be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2001 at 2:30 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:28 p.m.
