Please be advised,AT&T Mobility hereby gives Notice of Early Termination of the above referenced Site License
Agreement; "the Agreement'. The Agreement is considered terminated effective June 10,2023. All rights and
obligations under the Agreement expire as of that date,except for those rights and obligations that are expressly noted
to survive the termination of the Agreement.
