Re: Limited Street License Between the City of Kent and Sprint Communications
Company L.P. ("Sprint") effective June 15, 2018
Clerk:
I am writing regarding the above-referenced License is scheduled to expire on June 14,
2023. Section 1 of the License states the License may be renewed for one (1) additional five (5)
year term upon the mutual written consent of the City and the Licensee. Please accept this letter
as notice that Sprint Communications Company L.P. wishes to continue occupancy of the right
of way pursuant to the same terms and conditions as the current License for an additional five-
yearterm.
Please acknowledge receipt of this request and provide Sprint with any documentation
required to effect renewal of the Agreement for an additional five (5) years beginning June 15,
2023 and ending June 14, 2028.
