Dear Franchise Administrator:
We are committed to keeping you and our customers informed about changes to Xfinity TV services.
Accordingly, please note the following changes:
Effective March 28, 2023, TheGrio will move from channel number 1116 to 1636 and change from the Sports
& News Genre Pack to the Entertainment Genre Pack. Additionally, Newsnation will move from channel
number 1420 to 1116 and change from the Entertainment Genre Pack to the Sports & News Genre Pack.
Effective April 11, 2023, INSP will move from channel number 1655 to 1431 and change from the Kids &
Family Genre Pack to the Entertainment Genre Pack. Additionally, Great American Family will move from
channel number 1620 to 1461.
