The New Construction program includes all new city style addresses of living quarters for which construction is in progress during or after March 1, 2018 with a completion date expected by April 1, 2020 (Census Day). The Highest Elected Official was sent the original invitation to participate on April 1st with a follow-up reminder on May 101". A copy of the original letter and attachments are included. As of May 23`d your government has not responded to our invitations. Since you are the liaison for the 2020 LUCA operation, we wanted to reach out to you as well.
