This Paradox, Inc. Order Form (the “Order Form”) is entered into on the date of the last signature set out below (the
“Effective Date”) between Paradox, Inc. (“Paradox”), and City of Kent Police Department (“Client”). This Order Form is
governed by, and incorporates by reference, all of the terms and conditions available at https://www.paradox.ai/legal/
service-terms (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the
Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this Order Form and the Agreement, this Order Form shall prevail.

Statement of Work
1.Overview
a.Hosting of Career Site
i.Paradox will host the Career Site and all Career Sites content pages using the Content.
ii.Job pages will be hosted by Paradox and will be created from a feed provided by Client using ATS.
iii.Client will provide a sub-domain for the Career Sites and point that sub-domain to Paradox’s hosted
site.
b.Maintenance of Career Site
i.Paradox will maintain the Career Site including:
1.Ensuring uptime and availability of the Career Site per the Agreement
2.Updating Content from change requests as defined in section 6
2.Scope
a.Territory: The Career Site will be for the United States only.
b.Languages: The Career Site will be available in the English language.
3.Hosting Locations: AWS Northern Virginia, USA; AWS Oregon, USA
4.Included Environments:
a.Paradox will create and maintain one preview and one production environment for the Career Site.
5.Analytics
a.Paradox will provide Client with Google Analytics and reporting that will be sent on a monthly basis via
email and will include but not be limited to:
i.number of sessions
ii.number of page views
iii.top pages viewed
iv.average session duration
v.traffic sources
6.Included Change Requests
a.Client will have the ability to make change requests that do not impact the overall design and functionality
of the site, but only require switching out specific Content elements. Such requests may be made up to
one (1) time per month at no cost and the changes will be completed by Paradox within three to five (3-5)
business days of the request.
b.Change requests that require modified implementation of Paradox services, including updating integration
parameters or functionality of the Career site, will be charged at the rate of $200/hour and the total cost
will be quoted by Paradox to Client for approval. For purposes of clarity, no custom software will be
developed under this agreement and change requests will be related to modified implementation of
existing Paradox services.
7.Subscription Term
a.Initial Service Term: This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12)
months commencing on the Effective Date.
b.Renewal: The Initial Service Term shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods
thereafter unless either Party gives written notice to the other Party of its intent to terminate not less
than forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
8.Fees
a.Career Site Hosting and Maintenance Subscription Fee
i.$3,150.00/year
9.Invoicing Schedule
a.The Career Site Hosting and Maintenance Subscription Fee will be invoiced annually in advance.
