Re: Termination of ATM Agreement
Dear Sir/Madam:
U.S. Bank National Association ("U.S. Bank") and City of Kent entered into an ATM
Agreement dated December 1, 2002 ("Agreement").
U.S. Bank has elected to terminate the Agreement.
Pursuant to Section 2.C. of the Agreement, U.S. Bank is providing the required notice of its
intent to terminate the Agreement, effective December 30, 2022.
U.S. Bank will remove the ATM pursuant to the terms of the Agreement on or before
December 30, 2022. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the U.S. Bank
