Section I of the Agreement, entitled “Description of Work,” is hereby modified to add additional work or revise existing work as follows: In addition to work required under the original Agreement and any prior Amendments, Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: Change order #1 for additional cost associated with electrical changes as described in attached Exhibit A dated 10/25/2022. This Change Order, unless otherwise provided, does not relieve the Contractor from strict compliance with the guarantee and warranty provisions of the original contract, particularly those pertaining to substantial completion date. The pricing is being estimated on the updated drawing set dated 10.11.2022 L&I Required Changes. It is being calculated based on the provided clouded drawings. Note, material pricing is not locked in until approved submittals. Noted changes per rev 01: x ATS’s from 3 pole to 4 pole. x New feeder cable from Generator to Triple Switch was inputted as 600 cu instead of 400 cu and has been corrected. x Deduct for Aluminum conductors not being installed from Generator to Triple Switch. x Removed the added feeders to the coolant heater and battery charger as this is in the original bid.
