SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE FOOD SERVICE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
This amendment is made and entered into by and between the city of Kent, wA ("client"), and summit
Food Service, LLC ("Company") (collectively, "the Parties").
WHEREAS, the Parties have entered into a certain Food Service Partnership agreement (the
"Agreement"), january l,2016, for food services at the City of Kent Corrections Facility;
WHEREAS, Company provided notice of contract termination on September 6,2022, indicating
a termination date of December 5,2022;
WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to postpone contract termination and to extend the
Agreement with a pricing adjustment;
WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to amend said agreement upon the terms and conditions
stated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties, intending to be legally bound hereby, mutually agree as follows:
1. Term, The Agreement and term of service is extended through January 31' 2023'
Adjusted pricing shall apply December 6-January 37'2023.
2. Price. Company shall charge and client shall pay the following adjusted prices:
This Amendment is effective for December 6 - January 3I,2023. All other terms and conditions of the

Agreement (asSignature: modified by
prior Amendment) shall remain full force and effect unless otherwise amended as provided in the
