MOTION: I move to adopt Ordinance No. 4444, amending section 8.09.030 of the Kent City Code, entitled "Unlawful camping on public property," to make a non-substantive clarification to the language within this section. Tax Code Amendments - Ordinance - Adopt Finance Director, Paula Painter presented the Ordinance adopting tax code amendments that redistributes of how the City will utilize utility taxes and B&O taxes. This ordinance removes limitation on the allocation of revenue generated from the City's B&O tax revenues and revised the fund allocations for tax revenue generated from the City's tax on water, sewer and drainage utilities. MOTION: I move to adopt Ordinance No. 4449, amending sections 3.18.020, 3.28.010, and 3.28.130 of the Kent City Code to revise the fund allocations for tax revenue generated from the City's tax on water, sewer, and drainage utilities, and to remove limitations on the allocation of revenue generated from the City's B&O tax and square footage tax.
