Reason and Background for Change, Revision 3 is the addition of traffic calming elements in the way of seven speed cushions, a raised crosswalk, one ADA ramp, a traffic island, and associated other work near Lake Meridian (along 144th Ave SE and SE 263rd St), all deemed necessary by City of Kent Public Works Traffic Engineering. This determination was achieved following community feedback and traffic studies. These changes were reviewed by Public Works management and approved for construction. III.
