1. Call to Order/Roll Call:
Commission Chair Ritchie called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. Changes to Agenda:
None
3. Approve Minutes dated Month July 27, 2022

4. November / December Meetings:
Doodle Poll will be sent out to decide what day the commission will combine
November and December into one meeting held in December. Q&A occurred.
5. Volunteer Opportunities:
A discussion was had over available opportunities for the Commissioners to attend
events. A handout titled "2022 Volunteer Opportunities" was given to the
commissioners. Further discussion was had regarding the possibility of having
certain circumstances attended as a group instead of the monthly meeting for
specific months. Q&A occurred. No actions or decisions were made.
6. 2023-2024 Budget:
Director Parascondola presented a PowerPoint presentation titled "2023-2024
Preliminary Budget Requests" to the commission. Q&A occurred. No actions or
decisions were made.
7. Adjournment:

EVENT: TEEN CENTER COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING MEAL (Youth and Teens)

• Volunteer Duties:
o Help set up tables, chairs and decorate
o Help cook if needed

o Approximately 4-8 volunteers needed depending on interest and availability
