1. Call to order
The meeting was called to order by the Chair at 6:35pm.
2. Roll call
Roll call was not conducted since it was a virtual meeting and the participants can
be seen on the participant list.
3. Transportation Master Plan
April Delchamps returned once more to share more updates about the
transportation masterplan. The updates had to do with the community outreach
that was conducted for the transportation plan.
April shared what the community selected as priority projects that they would want
to see as part of the transportation masterplan. April went through the projects,
one by one, that were prioritized by the public and explained in detail the location
of the projects and what each one of the projects meant in terms of a long-term
plan.
Board members asked very important questions about the engagement process and
how the data was collected. April took the time to answer each one of the
questions.
