Item Description
1. Call to order
Meeting was called to order by the chair at 6:30pm.
2. Roll call
Roll was not taken because zoom provides a list of attendees.
3. Mayor Ralph updates
Mayor Ralph provide a few updates that have to do with the City’s dedication to
Racial Equity and Inclusion. Mayor talked about the investment that the city was
making in creating a new role of Race & Equity Manager. Mayor Ralph then shared
the news that Uriel Varela had accepted the role of Interim Race & Equity Manager.
4. Transportation Master Plan
April Joined the group once again to give additional updates on the transportation
masterplan, which included the final definition of equity in transportation.
April shared more information about the prioritized project lists and what projects
were already funded. She shared more information about how these projects are
funded, where the funding comes from and what the planning looks like as far as
next steps.
April shared what the equity action items are as far as the transportation
masterplan and each of the preferred projects.
