1. Call to Order/Roll Call:
Commission Chair Taylor called the meeting to order at 0:00 p.m.
2. Changes to Agenda:
None
3. Minutes For August 25, 2021:
No minutes due to Special Meeting which was a Tour of Kent Parks.
4. Public Comment (if any):
None
5. Moving of Novembers Meeting:

Wed 17of November as an option Q&A occurred. Decision made. Commissioner
McClung Moved, Commissioner Minutoli Seconded. The unanimous decision in
favor of the proposed date of Wed, Nov. 17th.
6. Third Sector:
Randy Brinson from Third Sector went over previous work done before the
pandemic began to bring the current commissioners up to date and continue fine-
tuning the Parks Commission advocacy process with the City Administration.

Randy will have the Commission secretary send out a revised
Purpose and Value Statement.Q&A occurred. No actions or decisions made.
