Wayne Graff on behalf of Adrian Fuller. Chief Examiner explained that there was a technical issue that prevented the candidate from receiving notifications and that the PD was in support of reinstating this candidate. Chair Piecewicz made the following motion: "I make a motion to accept the reinstatement of Adrian Fuller to the eligibility list as presented." Commissioner Zaratkiewicz seconded the motion; motion passed 2-0. B. Memo dated October 22, 2021 from Chief Examiner Winecka requesting to move the November and December meeting dates to the third Wednesday, instead of the fourth, to accommodate the holidays. She also explained that, at this point in time, it is ok to hold these meetings remotely and she would keep the Commission apprised if that changes.
