3 Changes to the Agenda -- Graves
o Mel request to discuss changes 140th by Meridian Elementary.
4 February 2021 Special Meeting Minutes-Graves
o Peterson/Stolpp Approved
5 Parks Department Trail Bollards-Lee-Roberts
o Informational about bollards by Mel Roberts
o Garin from parks discussed bollards, doing a review creating a standard. Interurban and
Green River. Doing work on the bollards this summer
6 Virtual Bike Summit-Dunn
o National Bike Summit
o Rides and fairs to improve ridership.
7 Bylaws Repeal and Replace -Graves
o Mel/Connie to table to April. Approved
8 Monthly Rides Promotion and Recruiting
o Discuss monthly ride programs sharing with the public, Andy and Mel.
