• Call to Order – Graves - 5:46 PM
• Roll Call -- Cimaomo
• Changes to the Agenda -- Graves
o Helmet concern with King County law - Cimaomo
o Discussion of Bollard at the entrance to bike trails - Roberts
• January 2021 Special Meeting Minutes Approval -- Graves
o Motion Sobczyk, 2nd Stolpp - Approved.
• Bylaws Repeal and Replace -- Graves Motion, Roberts 2nd, Peterson - Rejected.
o Discussion, send a statement to the city Attorney for addition, “In the event that no
board member meeting this requirement are willing to serve a vacant role as
a board officer, that role becomes open to all board members.“ or similar.
• Concern over King County helmet law -- Cimaomo, discussion – No Action.
• Bollards at the entrance to bike trails – Roberts, discussion, request a meeting with Parks
department.
• Plan or coordinate rides in the City -- Sobczyk
o Discussed, will review further at future meeting
o Mel assigned to decide routes
