The Draft 2023-2028 Six-Year TIP represents the City's proposed transportation improvement work program for the next six years. The program is also required to be consistent with the Kent Comprehensive Plan. Including projects in the Six-Year TIP allows the City to search for funding partners and apply for grants. Most State and Federal agencies require that projects being submitted for grants be included in the City's adopted Six-Year TIP. 6. LUPB Training Kaelene Nobis gave an educational presentation.
