This agreement is made and entered into by and betweerl Kent park andRecreation hereinafter referred to as " Kent parks " and\Mashington Alliance forBetter Schools, hereinafter referred to as ,,WABS,,.
PURPOSE:
Kent Parks, ih conjunction with WABS agree to partnership in the application of thefederal granttitle "21st CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNINi CENTER". This grant isforfive (5) years subject to annual renewal. It is the purporu of this Agreement tooutline the obligations and expectations of the Kent parks and Recreation and WABSregarding their partnership to provide services to the five Kent schools consistentwith this grant,
STATEMENT OF WORK:
Keat Parks supports the o.pportunity to add East Hill Elementary fthe budget isb.elowJ, we are open to discussing ihe potential "i;ridi;f,nu prog.am to otherelementary schools in the Kent School district, continge"nt o'n additional staffing andresources that may become available through this grint.
