For this conversion, the following tables were utilized:  PKGFUNDALLFIELDS  PKPSEALLFIELDS  PKCULTALLFIELDS  FACILITYALLFIELDS  CDBGALLFIELDS A SQL view is made to join records from these tables to provide one dataset containing all Park records; this returns the unique record ID, cabinet name, and type. The Parks records often contained a unique content type of application/x-emedia.universal. For the import to Laserfiche, these types were treated, and successfully processed as, TIFFs. As the conversion utility processes each row, subsequent queries are performed to retrieve the image, or electronic file, path(s). These were remapped to the fileshare on 10.202.3.37. There were 12 records that failed to import due to timeout errors. These have been processed again, resulting in 100% of Oracle records now in Laserfiche. Next Steps Verify files from differing cabinets match their Oracle source record.
