Subject: Notice of Termination of the Kent Traffic School Contract
Hello Jill,
As discussed earlier, we have to cancel the Kent Traffic School contract with NTSI.
Due to the exceptionally low volume of students, and not having a replacement for my position yet,
we feel it is best to close down until one or both issues are resolved.
My last student has a deadline date of 7/8/22, so we should be able to do a final invoice immediately
after that, closing the contract on 7/15/2022.
Our students have enjoyed the program and more importantly, learnt from it. We have only had
good feedback about the experience.
On a personal note, it has been a great joy to work with you and Roger. I truly felt part of the NTSI
family with the support and friendship.
Thank you both so much for everything. Much appreciated.
