Dear Sean, I am writing to request your approval of Utitity work that Sprint T Mobite
wishes to perform regarding fiber instattation to the T Mobite compound from the
access road to the T Mobite Lease area for new fiber utitities at the Btue Boy Site
Water Tank property located at 11302 SE 236th Place, in Kent. This request is made
pursuant to the Lease Agreement between the parties. The proposed Utitity work is as
fo[lows:
Putt fiber from existing vautt at property access gate through existing conduits
to a vautt near the T Mobite compound. Trench a short distance from the
existing vautt to the T Mobite h-frame to ptace a fiber box on the h-frame
inside the lease area (ptease see attached ptans).
