I can absolutely perform appraisal reviews for the city. Some basic information about the project would be nice. Purpose of the project (road widening, water main, flood control, etc). Does the project involve a total take, partial take, and of permanent or temp easements? Project plans/drawings are always helpful. My typical review fee is $900 per report. The scope of work includes an external inspection of the subject and comparable properties, ensure compliance with relevant and applicable laws, and determination of whether or no the analyses, opinions, and conclusions presented in the appraisal report are supported.
