Our banking contract with US Bank is a four year contract, with the option for two three-year contract
extensions. The first extension of the contract ends June 2022.
The contract language says “The City, at its sole option, will be able to exercise two three-year contract
extensions under the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement”.
We would like to exercise the second three-year extension. Per section XIV, Paragraph D, “All
Communications regarding this Agreement shall be sent to the parties at the addresses listed on the
signature page of the Agreement, unless notified to the contrary.”
