This Site License Addendum (“Addendum”), dated ______between
the City of Kent, (“City”) and ExteNet Systems, Inc., (“Licensee”):
1. Addendum. This is a Site License Addendum as referenced in the Master
License Agreement between the City and Licensee, dated 8/6/2020
("License"). The purpose of the Site License Addendum is for the Licensee to
reserve one or more City-owned infrastructure at the following location(s):
NW-WA-WINONASC-00471 (SC Node 471) located at 47.380686°N /
-122.253572°W with a nearest address of 1426 W Meeker Street,
Kent, WA 98032. City Pole Number: SLAL 8059; 314216 / 164835
This Addendum is subject and subordinate to the terms and conditions of the
License. In the event of a contradiction, modification or inconsistency between
the terms of the License and this Addendum, the terms of the License shall
govern. Unless otherwise indicated, terms used in this Addendum have the
same meaning as set forth in the License.
2. Term. The term of this Addendum shall commence on the Rent
Commencement Date and shall terminate upon the License termination unless
earlier terminated by a party consistent with the License. Upon termination of
the License and, consequently, this Addendum, Licensee shall comply with all
applicable License terms and conditions.
3. Fees/Payments Due.
3.1 Rent. Licensee shall pay Rent for Facilities to be installed on each City-
owned infrastructure pursuant to this Site License Addendum in
accordance with the License.
3.2 Additional Fees. In addition, Licensee shall pay such additional fees
and charges, including Administrative or Permit Fees, such as are
required pursuant to the terms of the License.

This Addendum is not valid or enforceable until fully executed by authorized
representatives of both parties.
