Dear Franchise Administrator,
We are committed to keeping you and our customers informed about changes to Xfinity TV services.
Accordingly, please note the following changes:
• Effective March 22, 2022, Kids Street and Afro will only be available in HD. Kids Street HD will
be added to Digital Starter HD IP/Kids and Family Genre Pack HD IP. Afro HD IP will be added
to Digital Starter HD IP/Entertainment Genre Pack HD IP.
HD service and IP-capable equipment is required to view the channels. A limited number of
customers may still have older devices that do not support these channels and will not be able
to view them until the devices are replaced. HD Technology Fee may apply.
• Effective March 31, 2022, Fox Life will cease operations.
