OK to sign, l2/2/2027. The City had previously recorded an "application" for a lot line
adjustment against the subject property. We're not sure why the application was recorded,
but it is clouding title and the property owner is trying to close on the sale of the property.
This document will release the application from the property's title and allow it to proceed.
Since neither the application nor this release document conveys any interest in the
property, this is simply an administrative matter and no council approval is necessary.

This does require the physical/wet signature of both the lvlayor and the notary. We need
this single-sided and returned to Law once signed so we can FedEx it to the closing agent.

TERMINATION OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
With reference to that certain Application for Approval of Lot Line Adjustment received by the City
of Kent Planning Services on June 30,2007, between the City of Keht Parks Department and Joe
Liu and Sheau Ping Ching, husband and wife, as Grantors, and the City of Kent, as Grantee,
referencing File No. LL-2007-10 KIVA#2073218 and recorded by the City oi Kenton September6,2007, under King County Recording Number 20070906001695, ihe undersigned hereby
acknowledges and agrees that the Application for Approval of a Lot Line Adjustment was recorded
in error and that the Lot Line Adjustment process was not and has not been completed and the
undersigned therefore desires to and hereby terminates the Application for Approval of a Lot LineAdjustment, affecting the real properties located in the City of Kent, County of King, State of
Washington, described as follows:
