We're not sure why the application was recorded, but it is clouding title and the property owner is trying to close on the sale of the property. This document will release the application from the property's title and allow it to proceed. Since neither the application nor this release document conveys any interest in the property, this is simply an administrative matter and no council approval is necessary.
