This letter serves as official notification of a rate increase to the fees charged by The
City of Kent Corrections Facility to Maple Valley for jail bed space in 2022. Per the
Contract, this increase is based on the June 2021 Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue CPI-W of
6.3o/o. The new rates will be as follows:
