In consideration of mutual benefits derived, the City of Kent, a municipal
corporation, does hereby terminate those certain Easements recorded under King
County Auditor's File #8708280193 and # 8701050106-and does hereby release and
relinquish all rights under the Easements. The legal description of the easement area
is specifically described in Exhibit'A" and depicted in Exhibit "B" which are attached
and incorporated herein.
