MEEKER LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Owner").
1. Agreement. City and Owner have entered into a Limited License Agreement dated
July, 2021, concerning the real property described on attached Exhibit A (the "Property").
2. Purpose. This Memorandum is prepared for the purpose of recordation only, and
does not modify the Limited License Agreement in any way.
