Please note:
1. Room set up and furniture arrangement is the responsibility of the renter. Please
return the room to its original arrangement at the end of your class or event.
2. The Kent Campus main office is open from 7:30AM to 9:00PM Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 AlVl to
5:00pM on Friday. Please make arrangements in advance if your class or event starts before 7:30AM'
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INDEMNITY
Each party to this agreement (Kent Campus and the organization using the Kent Campus facility) shall be responsible
for claims'of damages to persons or property resulting from acts or omissions on the part of itself, its employees, its
agents, or its officelrs. Neither party assumes any responsibility to the other party for the consequences of any act or
oirission of any person, firm, or coiporation not a party to this agreement, Neither party to this agreement shall be
considered the agent of the other party.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation within fourteen (14) calendar days of scheduled start date will result in a $300 fee, to be paid by user
INVOICING (if applicable)
GRCC Kent Campus, through the Green River Community College Accounts Receivable department, will invoice at
the completion of the usage period. Payment will be due within.30 days of the invoice date, and will be sent to Green
River Community Collegel Aitn: Cashieis Office,12401 SE 320'h St, Auburn, WA 98092-3699. lnterest on unpaid
balances shall accrue thereafier al 12o/o per annum, compounded monthly.
