Dear Sir or Madam
This is to advise you that Sprint Communications Company L.P., has contracted with
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. ("JLL") to provide lease administration services for the
above-referenced lease (the "Lease"). This letter provides a formal notice of change
regarding the new contact information.
A11 matters pertaining to rent related lease payments, operating expenses, taxes, and
insurance will be handled by JLL Lease Administration, effective June l, 2021. Please
update your contact information to reflect JLL and make applicable changes to ensure
monthly rent invoices are sent by the 10th of each month for timely review and processing.
Please note that T-Mobile will pay charges from invoices only and does not pay from
statements or colrespondence.
Please send all statements, invoices, reconciliations to LlStatements@T-Mobile.com with
the Lease ID referenced. Information received will be uploaded to our system for prompt
processing. Please note, requests for estoppels and SNDA's need to be sent to the legal
notice address.
Tenant Notice and Copy Notice addressee clause as stated in the Lease (or as subsequently
amended) shall remain. All Documents requesting prompt processing, including requests
for estoppels and SNDA's should reference the Lease ID and should be sent to:
