'fhis increase is due in part to our decrease in overall revenue resulting from a lower (ADP) Average Daiiy Population since COVID-IS. Please see attached the Detention/Corrections rate sheet that has been established for 2022. Pursuant to the current Inmate Housing Agreement, Yakima County reserves the right to increase the daily rate with the understanding that they wili provide your agency ninety (so) days written notification prior to said increase. Intensive Management Lrmates (IMI) who have serious medical" mental health or behavioral conditions and require special housing or treahent, as determined by the County'will be housed at a rate of $118.45. Set Bed Agreement: Due to a limited amount of space, should your agency wish to guarantee a certain number of beds, a set bed agreement can be initiated.
