RE: Termination of Inter-Governmental Agreement
Dear Ms. Horsey:
This letter serves as follow-up to our mail correspondence dated August 9,2O2L.
It is the intent of the City of Kent Correctional Facility to terminate our Inter-
Governmental Agreement with the United States Marshals Service. At this time
the agreement has not been used for many years and is outdated. In addition,
our facility operates at full capacity on.a regular basis and does not accept holds
for non-contracted agencies.
