Change Title Inspector Application Training
Change Request Details
Description Calytera, based on feedback from customers, has reduced its inspector application
training from a full day to a half day. This change order recognizes the fact that the
SOW calls for a full day training by splitting the scope in the contract into two half
day training sessions. This changes also introduces clarification that the training will
be delivered remotely as travel is not possible due to the pandemic.
Here is the current description of the training in the SOW;

Deliverable Description: Formal KMC Training course and hard copy training
material for each attendee.
Assumptions and Constraints:
o One (1) day training course.
o Onsite delivery.
o KMC Training Instructor will deliver the course.
o Ten (10) attendees per training session.
o Attendees will include staff that will be.
Performing User Acceptance Testing.
Providing long term internal support to the system.
Acceptance Criteria: Completion of Training Course.
Here is the proposed change in language:

Justification The change in purpose of the change order fairly aligns Calytera’ s training
curriculum with the description of the training in the SOW.

Cost There is no increase in cost based on this change order, but the current training
milestone will be reduced by half:
Milestone 19A Amanda KMC Inspector App Training (1 day, up to 10 users) -
$3,750.00*
The contract will be reduced by the additional $3,750.00 based on the original
contract value of the training at $7,500.00
*This training was delivered in March 2021.
Schedule There is no impact to the project schedule because of this change order specifically.
