Description The City of Kent Building, Planning and Development Engineering department
through the Solution Design work sessions identified 22 folder types as needed.
Section 3.3.9 ‘Functional Scope Limits’ of the contract allows for up to 20 new folder
types.
This change order provides the cost associated to increase the scope of Phase II –
Full Implementation from 20 folder types to 22 folder types.
Assumptions
1. This increased folder count is specific to workflows associated to Building,
Planning and Development Engineering. No other departments are
currently in scope.
2. No additional departments are considered in scope for this change order.
3. No additional folders are needed at this time.
Justification The City of Kent Building, Planning and Development Engineering departments
through the Solution Design work sessions identified 22 new folder types as needed.
Priority High
Evaluation
Cost Total cost for this change order is $22,100.00 and includes the analysis, Interface
configuration, internal QA testing, support, project management.
Schedule Vision 33 & City of Kent will update the project schedule to account for the
additional effort to provide analysis, configuration, QA, UAT support for 2 additional
folder workflows.
Risk Additional work effort has a potential to impact duration on the project schedule.
Depending on availability, the impact may be mitigated by a dedicated resource
assigned to concurrently develop functionality.
