Description The City of Kent request the milestones around interfaces be split equally.
• Milestone 6 “Interface Mapping Specifications” with costs:
• Calytera to City of Kent in the amount of $24,000.00 will be divided into 6 equal
milestones and payments as follows:

The following assumptions are made in review of this change order;
• No additional milestone changes are needed
• There is no increase or decrease in cost to the original milestones as a result of
this change order
• Necessary vendor APIs and/or resource needs will be provided by City of Kent to
complete the integration/interface per Section 3.3.13 (External API’s) of the
contract.
• If after completion of Milestone 6a-6f, Vision33 determines the interface
requirements for the City of Kent is more complex and/or the 3rd parties product
is a more complex (ie; does not have sufficient API, etc.) Vision33 reserves the
right to request additional change orders under the governance established in
the project charter
Justification The contract included 2 interfaces that are no longer needed and did not include the
portal SSO which is needed for consistency within the City of Kent for the online services
they provide the public.

Evaluation
Cost Total cost for this change order is $0 and includes the analysis, Interface
configuration, internal QA testing, support, project management.
Schedule As part of the detailed analysis of interfaces, Vision 33 will assess the impact to the
project schedule duration as a result of this change. Currently, we do not expect a
significant impact to the project duration. Calytera, Vision 33 & the City of Kent will
work to accurately update the project schedule based on the change in scope.
The project schedule will continue to be maintained and update by Calytera & City of
Kent Project Managers.
Risk Additional work effort has a potential to impact duration on the project schedule.
Depending on availability, the impact may be mitigated by a dedicated resource
assigned to concurrently develop functionality.
