Description The purpose of this Change Order is to increase the scope and budget of Milestone:
9b BlueBeam Interface Configuration and QA . The request is to automate the
exchange of documents between Amanda and Bluebeam. The additional scope
includes the following additions to the Bluebeam interface functionality:
Add step to Download files from Bluebeam and Upload to Amanda when the
Amanda processes = Permit Center Notification (Process 10385) OR Close Bluebeam
Session (Process 11175) are inserted on the folder
• FRD updates – update/review/approval
• Development – Automated process for downloading/uploading documents
from Bluebeam to Amanda
See workflow diagram in Appendix A.
Justification This change request is in response to the City of Kent’s request to enhance the
Amanda and BlueBeam Interface from the previously approved FRD .

Evaluation
Cost This change includes a cost increase of $3,300.00. This amount will be added to the
value of Milestone 9B Bluebeam from the Phase 2 Statement of Work. The new
value of Milestone 9B Bluebeam is $15,800.00
Schedule There is no impact to the project schedule because of this change order specifically.
