The statement of work defined the QA process as:  Vision33 performs a QA Review on each component, including: o “Unit Level Testing” for individually configured Folders and other elements against documented requirements, including boundary conditions and error handling for any data validation requirements. o “Pairs Testing” for the interaction of Folders with other configured elements where appropriate (i.e. Batch Routines, Reports, Interfaces, Portals, Mobile updates and synchronization) o “Systems testing” for full end to end interaction of multiple configured elements. Testing of custom interfaces to Customer systems may be limited or not possible from the Development environment.  Vision33 installs QA Reviewed solution in the Customer’s Testing Environment This will be updated to.  Vision33 performs a QA Review on each component via a screenshare with City of Kent, including. o “QA working session” an agreed to session to QA the back office configuration with City of Kent based on a pre-defined agenda determined by Vision33. o A walkthrough performed by City of Kent, at the direction of Vision33 to perform Adequate QA based on a predefined list of steps that would normally be performed as “Unit Level Testing” & “Pairs Testing” independently. o A demonstration performed by City of Kent, at the direction of Vision33 to complete the Milestone. The statement of work defined the UAT process as: App B.4.7 Configured Inspector App for Test Deliverable Description: Inspector App in Customer’s Test Environment. Assumptions and Constraints: Page 2 of 4 CALYTERA PROJECT CHANGE REQUEST o Configuration is completed as defined in the approved Analysis documentation. o All functions and features configured have been unit and system tested. o QA is to be performed prior to Prime handoff o UAT should not commence until Train-the-Trainer activities occur Acceptance Criteria: Pre-Test Inspector App released to Customer Test Environment, and Customer notified about release. App B.6.7 Final Configured Inspector App for Deployment Deliverable Description: This deliverable signifies the completion of Inspector App UAT and respective functionalities, reported as issues during UAT, are resolved or mitigated. Assumptions and Constraints: o Issues logs, maintained to track UAT progress, is the responsibility of the Vision33 PM. o Issues reported are those reported within the test environment prior to Production deployment. o Vision33 classifies issues in order of severity (1,2, and 3). The resolution and/or mitigation of all Severity 1 & 2 issues deems the solution complete and ready for deployment in Production. Acceptance Criteria: (DA form required): Customer Business SME and Project Manager signoff. This will be updated to: App B.4.7 Configured Inspector App for Test Deliverable Description: Inspector App in Customer’s Test Environment. Assumptions and Constraints: o Configuration is completed as defined in the approved Analysis documentation. o All functions and features configured have been unit and system tested through a shared screen with City of Kent designee o QA is to be performed with City of Kent designee prior to Inspector App KMC and/or Train the Trainer sessions o UAT should not commence until Train-the-Trainer activities occur Acceptance Criteria: Pre-Test Inspector App released to Customer Test Environment, and Customer notified about release. Page 3 of 4 CALYTERA PROJECT CHANGE REQUEST o Issue Resolution will be the responsibility of Vision33 through the assistance of City of Kent designee.  Vision33 will resolve issues with the inspector app setup and configuration on the device inclusive of any Back Office configuration during the UAT period.  Issues resulting in device connectivity, VPN, or network connections will result in a collaborated resolution between the City of Kent, Calytera and Vision33.  City of Kent designee will be available as needed for Vision33 to resolve any reported issues in a timely manner as well as screen sharing when applicable. Acceptance Criteria: (DA form required): Customer Business SME and Project Manager signoff. Assumptions  City of Kent will do “product’ & “train-the-trainer” training prior to UAT in order to educate staff to support them in their increased UAT responsibilities.  City of Kent staff & V33 will agree to a schedule that support these process changes for the relevant duration.  UAT process will be carried forward in the UAT plan.  Vision33 hours need to be managed in-line with original plan of QA and support related activities. Vision33 cannot provide additional support beyond the original scope (ie; device issues, etc)  Vision33 will not be able to test, replicate or provide support for issues related to connectivity through City of Kent VPN or network. .  City of Kent will identify and make available an SME to perform the screen sharing sessions needed to configure, QA, and triage any UAT issues related to the Inspector Application Justification The inspector application architecture as recommended by Calytera could not implemented due to City of Kent policies. Instead, the City of Kent has requested that the Inspector Application leverage a VPN connection, which for security reasons, can not be provided to Calytera/V33 to replicate connectivity the same way the City of Kent will be using the application or have direct access to the application as was originally intended. This change explains how Vision33 will perform the duties needed to implement the inspector application, in partnership with the City of Kent. Priority Medium Evaluation Cost $0. Schedule There is no impact to the project schedule because of this change order specifically. Risk This change order accounts for the risk & mitigation strategies that are introduced by the fact that Vision33 will not be able to connect to the City of Kent DEV & TEST environment the same way the City of Kent will with the inspector application.
