Description This change order breaks Milestone 10 from the Phase 2 SOW into two smaller
milestones.
Milestone 10 Back Office Configuration and QA - $99,750.00
Will be replaced with.
Milestone 10A Back Office Configuration and QA - $ 72,000.00
&
Milestone 10B Back Office Fee Calculation - $27,750.00
Assumptions
Milestone 10A Back Office Configuration and QA will be signed off with this
change order.
Milestone 10B Back Office Fee Calculation will be signed off upon the
completion of the following action items noted during the December 2020
Folder Configuration Demo (some are already complete but may not have
been demonstrated to Kent):
o Fix the process info ‘'Hearing Examiner Invoice Amount' to be
formatted to show the cents ($X,XXX.XX) after the decimals.
o The extra fees on the DIV folder to be removed that were not
relevant.
o Fix DIV fees
o Fix Permit technology fee
o Clarify & Address Rounding question in Amanda
o Fix Mechanical Fee
o Fixes will be verified through a demonstration or meeting to discuss
and articulate the solution to the extend possible, prior to UAT.
Items listed may include information Vision33 needs from the City of Kent.

Justification While the acceptance criteria articulated in the SOW is complete (Appendix B, App
B.4.1 Configured Folders for Test) as part of the agreement to demonstrate
configuration throughout the project, Calytera has performed a demo of the Back
Office configuration in support of Milestone 10. This demonstration reveled some
issues with fee calculations, which Calytera has agreed to address.
Splitting this milestone allows Calytera to recognize completion of most of the Back
Office work as the SOW defines the acceptance criteria, while giving the City of Kent
the assurance the items identified during the demonstrations will get addressed
prior to UAT.
