Description This change order formally documents the decision taken by the City of Kent not to
use Crystal Reports to deliver the reporting requirements articulated within the
statement of work for Phase 2 of the project.
As such, Vision33 will work with the City of Kent to determine how to meet the
reporting needs (30 specified reports) using Merge Documents or the Amanda
Analytics BI tool.
Assumptions
• Calytera is assuming that the effort required to deliver the reporting
requirements for Kent, using Merge Documents or Amanda Analytics is
similar to originally planned in creation of the SOW. Once detailed analysis is
completed, Vision33 will reconcile the effort required to meet the City of
Kent’s requirements as well as the total number of reports delivered,
through an additional change order to the SOW. This may include additional
cost if the effort is deemed more than understood originally upon SOW
creation.
• Use of exporting advanced search results and/or OOTB reports are separate
from the outputs referenced in the SOW.
• Change is limited to the contents of this Change Order only.
Justification The City of Kent does not have the skillset, or appetite, to support Crystal Reports
and have asked that Calytera & Vision33 investigate alternatives to meet their
reporting needs.

Schedule There is no impact to the project schedule because of this change order specifically.
Risk There is no risk introduced by this change order.
Alternatives and
recommendation
The recommendation of using crystal reports for any duration of time was a non-
starter for the City of Kent, therefor, the approach articulated in this change order is
the recommendation.
