Description City of Kent has requested the removal of two interfaces from the Amanda7
Implementation project. These are Laserfiche and Business License System.
Milestones to be marked as ‘CANCELLED’ and NOT invoiced, include:
• Title: Milestone 6a Business License System FRD Delivered & Accepted
• Title: Milestone 16a Business License System Interface Deployed and QA
Complete
• Title: Milestone 16c Laserfiche Interface Deployed and QA Complete
Assumptions
Title: Milestone 6c Laserfiche FRD Delivered & Accepted to remain in scope as work
has already begun. Vision33 to review feedback from City of Kent and continue to
work to achieve an “Accepted” FRD
Change is limited to the contents of this Change Order only
Justification The City of Kent has decided to descope both Laserfiche and Business License System
from the Amanda Implementation project due to the readiness of both systems in
relation to the Amanda Implementation project timeline. <Simeon to add additional
language>
Priority Medium
Evaluation
Cost The overall cost of the project will be reduced by the value of the milestone Calytera
will not be working against – this is a total project cost reduction of $12,000.00
Schedule Minor reduction of overall schedule duration.
Risk There is no significant risk associated with this change. This modification to the
project scope should allow for a more predictable project schedule.
