Change Title Removal of IVR from Project Scope (IVR Interface)
Change Request Details
Description City of Kent has requested the removal of the Selectron IVR interface from the
Amanda7 Implementation project scope. In doing so, the following milestones
should be removed from this SOW – no work will be put towards these milestones
and no invoicing will occur.
• Milestone 6D Selectron IVR Interface FRD Delivered & Accepted
• Milestone 16D Selectron IVR Interface Deployed and QA Complete
Assumptions.
• Change is limited to the contents of this Change Order only
Justification The City of Kent has decided to use Amanda Citizen Portal for scheduling inspections
and no longer require s an integration with IVR & Amanda.

Cost The reduction of scope and removal of related project milestones decreases the
overall project cost by $8,000.00
